This page reflects the current production status of UrbanGym's integration surface across payments, communication, attendance, and scheduling.
We label each integration honestly: Live for working end-to-end workflows, Beta for real but partial coverage, Manual Setup Required where owner credentials are needed, and Coming Soon where production device or provider sync is not shipped yet.
Razorpay
Payments
Owner-connected online payment collection via Razorpay
UrbanGym supports gym-wise Razorpay account connection, order creation, checkout, webhook verification, payment recording, and invoice generation. Owner credentials and webhook setup are required per gym.

WhatsApp Business
Communication
Provider-connected WhatsApp sending with templates and logs
UrbanGym includes provider configuration, sending APIs, templates, webhook log updates, and broadcast delivery. Event-driven WhatsApp automation coverage is still expanding, so not every marketing claim is fully hands-off yet.

Biometric Devices
Attendance
Biometric device registry and attendance-ready groundwork
UrbanGym currently provides biometric device registration and attendance source support, but not a production device-sync pipeline for fingerprint terminals yet.

Communication
India-ready OTP and broadcast SMS provider hooks
UrbanGym already supports DLT-ready OTP delivery and provider-backed broadcast SMS paths, but delivery telemetry and all compliance workflows are not yet complete across every SMS use case.

UrbanGym records offline and staff-collected payments directly in the finance workflow. This is reliable manual payment tracking, not automated UPI reconciliation.

Google Calendar
Scheduling
Owner-connected Google Calendar sync for live class scheduling
UrbanGym now supports owner-scoped Google OAuth, encrypted token storage, test-event verification, disconnect, and real class schedule sync. PT assignments without timed session slots are not pushed yet.
